Why am I paying an annual subscription fee?


The subscription fee grants you access to this program managed by ReactHQ which allows you to hire (on contract) the stated number of Talents who are willing to commit to your organization for the next 1-1.5 years. .

Can a Talent decide to opt-out of the employment contract?


Yes, a Talent can decide to opt out of an employment contract on their own accord, without any breach of contract on the part of the client. However, before this can happen, adequate notice will be sent to the client.

Can I terminate the employment with a talent that has been promoted to full-time contract staff and get a replacement?


You can, on the grounds of poor performance. If the talent is not performing well, you are to inform your dedicated talent manager, and we will give the talent feedback and coaching. If they don’t improve in 30 days, then you can terminate. You may decide that the talent stops working immediately, or stops at the end of the extra month. Once you have terminated, we will replace the talent with other talents (subject to availability), provided you still have an active subscription with us.

Can I terminate the employment of a talent immediately after the project phase (not promote him/her to full-time contract staff)?

On what grounds can a talent opt-out of the employment contract?


A talent can decide to leave the employer/contract, and not be held liable for a brach of contract, when there has been a breach of contract on the part of the employer. The following constitute a breach of contract by the employer:


The employer fails to pay the agreed remuneration to the talent.
The talent experiences any form of physical abuse by the employer.
The employer repeatedly delays to pay the agreed remuneration within the agreed timeframe, to the talent.
The talent experiences repeated verbal abuse by the employer.
The talent experiences continuous workplace harassment.
The talent experiences unsafe working conditions, leading to sustained injury, without compensation by the employer.
The employer forces the talent to violate the law.
